Patient Services Representative – help patients register for their appointment, verify demographics and insurance information, collect co-pays, and ensure all pre-visit paperwork has been completed. This is the first step to a productive visit between the patient and provider.
Certified Nursing Assistant – A certified nursing assistant helps RNs and LPNs provide direct care to patients in need. CNAs help patients with basic activities of life and are a vital position in a hospital.
Phlebotomist – This role performs blood draws for when you get tested for an illness at the hospital.
Sterile Processing Technician – Sterile processing is the area where all the operating room equipment is sterilized in preparation for it to be used in the operating rooms for surgery. Instruments/tools are taken apart, cleaned and put back together. The operating room cannot function without sterile instruments to support the operating room functions. This team plays an important role in ensuring a successful surgical experience for our patients.
Ward Clerk – Ward clerk support the inpatient services team members. Ward clerks acts as the “air traffic” controllers of a nursing unit and they know which doctors and nurses are around and where equipment is, what tests are being ordered. They act as the organizers or conductors of the team who work to meet ever-changing patient needs.
Environmental Services – These roles are responsible for the disinfection and cleanliness of our facilities and set the stage for the first impression when people enter our organization.
Food Service – There are Foodservice opportunities working in a family environment available. These positions will include responsibilities such as preparation and delivery of meals to our patients, dish room operation, and other duties.
Material Handler – Inventories and accounts for stocks and delivers supplies according to levels for the units' carts and floor supplies. Receives, inspects, unpacks, labels, stores and issues various medical supplies, instruments and materials.
Transport Aide – Provides patients a safe transfer to and from Imaging tests and service areas. Will work with together with team members to ensure patients are comfortable and to make the exams as easy as possible for the patient.
Department Assistant – This role is vital to the operations of the clinic. Responsibilities for this role include patient registration, assisting with the management of patient insurance and billing issues as well as cleaning equipment, managing laundry, ordering supplies and are key to workflow in the clinic.
Imaging Assistant – Imaging Assistant is responsible to assist the technologists when needed. They will work with the staff to assure the patients are comfortable and assist with preparing patients for their exams. Will answer phones and assist the caller by either transferring the call or taking a message. Other responsibilities include preparing reports, appointment reminder calls to patients, burning CD's and signing in and out Images for/from outside facilities.
Perioperative Care Assistant Surgical Services – Duties will include traditional hospital aide responsibilities as well as patient transportation, data collection, assisting with phone calls, room turnover, stocking and inventorying supplies. Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of our Operating Rooms, assisting our surgical team during surgical procedures and thorough cleaning of operating rooms between surgical procedures, cleaning of the sterile core and surrounding areas including the prep/recovery areas.
